On 04.04.2019, the Bundestag passed the amendment to the Network Expansion Acceleration Act (NABEG 2.0).

The law came into force on 13 May 2019. As a result, all grid operators with connected systems > 100 kW will be part of the future redispatch process from October 2021 – regardless of their own grid bottlenecks. For this purpose, distribution network operators must acquire new skills in the areas of forecasting, network status analysis, redispatch dimensioning, real-time system control as well as energy balancing, balancing and invoicing.

In this project, E-Bridge will advise Netze Duisburg GmbH on content and organization in the implementation of Redispatch 2.0. In addition to professional project management, we also provide technical support based on extensive experience from many implementation projects.
