The PICASSO project implements the European platform for the exchange of balancing energy from automatic frequency restoration reserves. One of the taskforces of the project is the testing taskforce, responsible for all integration and operations testing which must be concluded successfully for each TSO accessing the platform. The PICASSO project is seeking a TSO independent convener for this taskforce.

The tasks of the Testing Taskforce Convener are organizing the work, coordinate test plans, testing and test reports amongst the TSOs and with the TSO common service provider of the PICASSO platform. Furthermore preside and prepare meetings, with a general responsibility of quality assurance of the testing proceedings.

The result is successful conclusion of integration and interoperability testing of the PICASSO platform for each wave of accessing TSOs.
