The Baltic Transmission System Operators – Elering, AST, and Litgrid – have successfully connected to the MARI platform (Manually Activated Reserves Initiative)! The integration of the Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian markets into the European mFRR platform took place on October 2nd, 4th, and 8th, 2024, enabling the exchange of balancing energy in line with the EB Regulation.
