The development and implementation of asset management systems is a central part of our service portfolio at E-Bridge Consulting. As the Asset Management Competence Group, we support network operators and industrial companies in managing their infrastructure efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Our approach ranges from organizational consulting to the implementation of AMS in accordance with ISO 55001, as well as the design of methods such as risk management and specialized strategies like predictive maintenance or target network planning.

Since mid-2023, we have supported LVN in aligning its asset management with the ISO 55001 standard. The goal was to enable well-founded decisions based on transparent criteria under increasingly complex conditions such as the energy transition and skills shortage, while ensuring continuous improvement. Together, we developed an AMS that combines best practices, corporate guidelines, and LVN’s established practices – including AM policy, SAMP, end-to-end overview, and adapted processes and methods.

Successful implementation was achieved through broad communication, management support, and a practical approach. An external audit confirmed full ISO 55001 compliance. This project is our highlight of 2025 and demonstrates how methodological depth and collaborative partnership pave the way to professional asset management.
