Once a year, the entire E-Bridge team comes together. At this year’s Strategy Meeting in Bonn, the focus was on setting the course for the years ahead. Colleagues from different countries and areas of expertise discussed the company’s strategic direction through to 2030 and developed a shared perspective for the future.
In day-to-day business, the E-Bridge team often collaborates across locations and virtually. This makes the personal exchange at the annual Strategy Meeting all the more valuable. The event provides an opportunity to look beyond everyday project work and discuss key questions regarding the company’s future development.
This year’s discussions centred on E-Bridge’s strategic positioning through to 2030, the future organisation of the company and its ways of working, as well as opportunities to share knowledge more effectively across teams, locations and countries. The outcome was a clear strategic direction and a shared understanding of the goals E-Bridge will pursue in the years to come.
A particularly important aspect is the open and participatory approach. E-Bridge’s strategic development does not take place behind closed doors. Instead, employees from across the organisation contribute their experience, ideas and perspectives, from long-standing experts to colleagues who have only recently joined the company.
Alongside the workshops and discussions, the Strategy Meeting also offered numerous opportunities for personal exchange. Many valuable conversations took place over coffee or during the evening programme, helping to further strengthen collaboration across the company.
