This growth follows a clear strategic direction: the demands on the energy system are increasing – becoming more complex, more interconnected, and more closely tied to practical implementation. In response, we are purposefully expanding our expertise and further sharpening our capabilities.

With Dr. Marco Greve joining as our new Managing Director, we are strengthening our leadership at the intersection of networks, markets, regulation, and system design. At the same time, we are broadening our technical foundation: Dr. Stefan Kippelt adds further expertise in modeling, while Markus Heuer and Mahir Ege Hepsen reinforce our work, particularly in areas such as distribution grids, battery projects, and asset management.

We are also continuing to evolve behind the scenes: Nicola Bochen and Nadine Eikelschulte are enhancing our communications and back-office structures, supporting our project delivery and proposal processes – an area that is becoming increasingly important as we grow.

The expansion of our team is therefore not just a personnel step, but a reflection of our ongoing development as an organization. Our goal remains to support our clients with sound expertise and practical solutions in navigating a dynamically changing energy system.
