The Hansewerk AG and in particular the subsidiary, the Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG, have restructured their organisational structure for asset management activities. At the same time, the aim is to align the asset management processes with ISO 55001. If necessary, certification will be sought. It is questionable how a best practice approach according to ISO 55001 can be mapped in the new organisational structure (roles, responsibilities, processes, etc.).

E-Bridge has experience in the conceptual design and implementation of asset management approaches according to ISO 55001 and has already guided network operators to successful certification in asset management. E-Bridge performed a Quick Check with Hansewerk AG, in which the joint development of an individual target model for Hansewerk AG was worked out in a workshop on the basis of a GAP analysis.

An individual target vision for the further development of asset management was developed.
